D.T.I. was founded by Gary M. Pheasey, following many years of delivering professional training to leading organisations throughout Ireland. Gary’s background spans industry, education, and corporate training, providing a strong practical foundation for his work.

Gary is an internationally recognised Certified Training Professional (CTP). His academic background includes Arts and Philosophy, with a focus on Psychology and Communications, enabling him to listen carefully to clients and clearly understand their requirements.

For over 30 years, Gary has delivered both personal development training and advanced training in Microsoft applications, working with thousands of learners across hundreds of organisations, including private companies, community organisations, and government bodies. His experience covers all major industry sectors.

Gary’s strength lies not only in technical expertise, but in his ability to align training with organisational needs. Every course is delivered with those needs clearly in mind, ensuring practical, relevant, and effective outcomes.

• 30 Years’ Experience as full-time Professionally Qualified Tutor.
• Member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development.
• Member of the Irish Computer Society.
• E.C.D.L. Foundation Certified Training Professional.
• CTP Train The Trainer Tutor.
• Diploma in Arts & Philosophy, including Psychology and Communications.
• Certified Tester in Computer Exams for E.C.D.L. core and advanced levels.
• E.C.D.L. certified Expert.
• VQSET – Vocational Qualifications in Science, Engineering & Technology to provide workplace instruction and in preparing and delivering training to facilitate production.
• National Register of Trainers (formally FÁS).
